Right to be deleted.

1. Your Right

Under GDPR, CCPA, and comparable frameworks, you have the right to request that we delete the personal information we hold about you. We honor these rights regardless of your jurisdiction.

2. How to Request

We respond within 30 days. If we need additional information to verify your identity or locate your records, we will ask you securely. We never ask for your password — we do not have one.

3. What We Delete

• Profile data — background, qualifier responses, roadmap inputs.
• Usage data — platform interaction records not needed for security or legal purposes.
• Communications — correspondence you initiated, where not required for legal record-keeping.
• Access code — permanently retired and cannot be reactivated.

4. What We Must Retain

Certain records cannot be deleted by law until their statutory retention period expires:

• Transaction and tax records (typically 5–7 years, depending on jurisdiction).
• Records required for legal defense, dispute resolution, or regulatory compliance.
• Records subject to an active legal hold.

Retained records are minimized, access-restricted, and used only for the legal purpose requiring retention.

5. Effect on Membership

Deletion of your data terminates your membership and permanently retires your access code. This cannot be undone. If you wish to return to the network later, you would join as a new member with a new code.

6. Member Firms and Territories

Where your data has been shared with a licensed Member Firm or respective local entity for introductions you requested, we will instruct that entity to delete your data under the same terms, in line with local law.
